story
If

My name
is Graham and I struggled with being
overweight most of my life.
With regard to my dreams of being
slim, I had lots of things going against me-I like
my food too much, I don’t like exercise, I had a sedentary
job
I have a slow metabolism and was plump
even as a kid.
Over the years I steadily piled on the
weight and despite trying every sort of diet in town, any
decrease in weight was purely
temporary

As you
can see from the picture on the left, taken on
vacation a few years ago, eventually I hit 260 pounds which was when
I started to have a problem with my knees.
At this point the Doc
said that if I didn’t lose a significant amount of weight I was
going to require knee joint replacement surgery within a few
years.
This was something of
a shock and I resolved that I must finally do something about
this problem.
Therefore I started
looking around for a diet plan or weight loss program that
would give me a better experience than the sort of yo-yo
dieting that I had experienced in the past and which had
brought only misery but no lasting benefit.
In my researches on the
Web, amongst a ton of enticing weight loss sites offering to
sell me things that would make me thin almost instantly, with
absolutely no effort on my part, was an e-book called
“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” by a
champion body builder called Tom
Venuto, claiming to have a revolutionary
approach to achieving long term sustainable weight
loss.-Was this also just too
good to be
true?
I was highly
sceptical! I don't know about you, but I have
always had a problem in taking advice on losing weight from
someone with 'a perfect body' who looks as if they have never
had a weight problem in their life!
Nevertheless, I was
intrigued by Tom Venuto's website and the claims that he made
for his program and he came across as being sincere....so I
took the plunge. After all, the ebook was only forty bucks,
which was hardly a fortune (less than the cost of a meal out!)
and if his claims for the program were not just more hype then
it would be money well spent.
Well...was I
delighted with my purchase?.....Well the answer to that is YES
and NO!
Let me
explain...
Now when I opened
Tom's eBook my first impression was - "Oh my god it's 341 pages
long!"
At this point I
almost made a dreadful mistake. The content seemed just too
overwhelming and I almost left it to rot on my hard drive, like
so many other ebooks bought in hope and abandoned in
disappointment.
But I
didn't,...quite...instead I printed it out...all 341 pages and
determined that I would try to read it all.
Boy, am I glad that I
did because, although it is a heavyweight volume, it is one of
the most honest, comprehensive, and powerful books on this
subject that I have ever come across. Tom Venuto does not mince
his words but lays out the whole theory and practice of
achieving long term sustainable weight loss in great detail and
makes the science behind his approach clear and believable. It
is certaily a lot more than just a bodybuilding diet book. By
the time you have finished the book, for the first time in your
life you really understand why you have failed to achieve
sustainable weight loss in the past and what you have to do to
achieve it now.
However whilst BFFM
provides a ton of highly relevant information (whilst also
being refreshingly honest and eminently practical) its 'in
depth' comprehensive approach is also its
downfall....almost.
This is because BFFM
at first sight can seem both daunting and overwhelming and can
easily put off the faint-hearted and the uncertain.
This would be a terrible
mistake. This book can change your
life-It certainly changed
mine!
Putting Tom’s
formula to work systematically enabled me to reduce my total
body weight by an incredible 30% and by further implementing
the Burn The Fat methods, over (
two )three years later I have succeeded
in maintaining this weight loss.

didn't go there! And, having now successfully made the
journey, I believe that
I have some very valuable information to share with you about
how you can best succeed with BFFM that you won't want to
miss.
Again, let me

I think that
there is a big deference between someone like Tom, who has
effectively practiced "fat minimisation" at a professional
level as part of the rigorous discipline of the competitive
body builder and the average girl or guy like me (and I expect
you) who has fought a long term battle with their weight and
has a thousand things in their life that prevent them from
putting their fat loss "centre stage" in the way that you can
do if it is effectively part of your
"job".
Now don't get
me wrong, this is not in any way meant to cast doubts on the
validity of Tom's program. His "trade" of professional body
builder has put him in a superb position to carefully apply and
test his theories, both on himself and on those whom he coaches
professionally and find out what really works and why. He also
clearly has a great intellect and an enquiring and resourceful
mind.
He has
obviously read widely and thoroughly investigated the science
and medicine behind many of the aspects of health and nutrition
that are the cornerstones of his approach to successful
long-term weight loss. In so doing he thoroughly debunks much
of the myth and misinformation that abounds
throughout the weight loss industry and makes his approach both
understandable and
believable.
No,
the problem is not the material (which is I think almost
unparalleled in the industry) but it is the effective
application of Tom's program and integrating it into
ordinary every day life (with all its difficulties and
frustrations) that is the big problem but I think
this is where I can really
help.
If

If you want to accomplish something new or
challenging in life you need a few things going for
you.
Firstly you need to know HOW to do whatever it
is you want to accomplish (which may involve learning

shelf gathering dust (or in the case of an ebook just
cluttering up your hard drive). I know....it almost
happened to me!
As someone who has 'been there' and 'done it'
and grappled with most of these issues I think that I am
in a REALLY good position to help you avoid these dangers
